1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and LuLu Ventures LLC ("Deep Values," "we," "us," "our"). They govern your access to and use of our websites at deepvalues.ai and app.deepvalues.ai, our mobile applications — including Buffett Indicator (iOS) and Bubble Watch (Android) — and any related content, features, and services (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Who we are & what the Service includes
Deep Values provides financial research, market-indicator content, and educational tools for individual investors. Depending on the product, the Service may include AI-generated research briefings, intrinsic-value estimates, market valuation indicators (such as the Buffett Indicator), watchlists, and related features. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
3. Eligibility & age
You must be old enough to use the Service in your jurisdiction. Reading content and using free features generally requires you to be at least 13 (or 16 in the EEA and UK, where that is the applicable age of digital consent). Features that involve a contract — such as paid plans or purchases — require you to be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Some apps carry their own age rating on the App Store or Google Play; for example, Buffett Indicator is rated 4+ for content, but creating an account still requires a Google Account, which has its own minimum-age requirements.
4. Your account
- You may need to create an account (for example, by signing in with Google or email) to use certain features.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
- Notify us promptly at team@deepvalues.ai if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
5. Financial disclaimer — not investment advice
The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice.
- Content, indicators, scores, briefings, and any other output are not personalized recommendations and do not account for your individual financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance.
- LuLu Ventures LLC is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and using the Service does not create any advisory, brokerage, or fiduciary relationship.
- Nothing in the Service is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to pursue any investment strategy.
- Market data and valuation indicators may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.
- You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Always do your own research and consider consulting a licensed financial professional before acting.
6. AI-generated content
Parts of the Service use AI to generate research, summaries, and analysis. AI output can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and it may "hallucinate" facts. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI output. Always verify important information against the original sources we cite before relying on it. AI-generated content is research and education — not advice (see Section 5).
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, resell, or create derivative products from the Service or its data, except as expressly permitted.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, circumvent rate limits or security measures, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Misrepresent our content as personalized financial advice, or redistribute it in a way that implies we endorse your investment recommendations.
- Upload malware, or submit content that infringes the rights of others or is unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
8. Fees, subscriptions & payments
Some features are free; others may require payment. If you purchase a paid plan or subscription, you authorize us (or our app-store or payment processor) to charge the applicable fees and any taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to those stores' terms and refund policies. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and the "DeepValues," "Buffett Indicator," and "Bubble Watch" names and marks, is owned by LuLu Ventures LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
10. Your content & feedback
You retain ownership of any content you submit (for example, watchlist entries or messages). You grant us a limited license to host and process that content as needed to operate the Service. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you. How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Third-party services & market data
The Service relies on third parties (such as authentication, hosting, and market-data providers) and may link to third-party sites or content. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms. Market and financial data are provided by third parties "as is" and may be delayed or inaccurate.
12. Disclaimers — the Service is provided "as is"
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any content or output will be accurate or reliable.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuLu Ventures LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or investment losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LuLu Ventures LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
15. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 9, 12, 13, 14, and 17) will survive.
16. Changes to the Service & these Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Effective" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
17. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction — except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have.
